On Thursday, a U.S. district judge ruled on Custodia’s appeal regarding the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s decision to deny the crypto-friendly bank access to Fed financial services. Custodia had requested that the Fed be obligated to provide them with a masters account and membership. However, the district court in Wyoming denied their request. As a result, Custodia will need to pursue its claims through conventional legal channels.
